Built around the enquiry

Good design has
a job to do.

Your visitor might arrive from Google, an Instagram ad or a recommendation. They need to recognise the right business, understand the service and feel comfortable getting in touch.

We plan the copy, layout and enquiry journey together. That could mean a full service-business website, a focused campaign landing page or a clearer route from your existing website into a booking.

Our project stories explain how those decisions come together in real client work.

What we build

The pieces your website needs.

A clear offer and structure

We work through your services, audience and priorities, then plan the pages and copy around the questions your customers actually ask. Each page gets a clear purpose and next step.

A design that feels like you

Your imagery, tone and identity shape the design. We build layouts for phones, tablets and larger screens, with readable content and straightforward navigation.

Enquiries and booking

We connect the agreed forms, calls to action and calendar to the way you handle new business. The scope can include CRM handover and follow-up, so the enquiry has somewhere useful to go.

Search and launch foundations

We include appropriate page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and indexing checks. If you’re replacing a site, we map the important old URLs and check their new destinations before launch.

Connected marketing

Give the right people
a reason to visit.

A new website is one part of attracting business. Local SEO helps us address how people find your services in search, while Facebook and Instagram advertising can bring a specific offer to a chosen audience.

If you also need help with reviews, missed calls and day-to-day enquiries, Flowstate Front Desk brings those pieces together. We’ll work out the scope that fits your business.

From first conversation to launch

A practical process.

01 · Plan the job

We agree the audience, required pages, content, integrations and responsibilities. Your proposal separates the build from any hosting, maintenance or ongoing marketing costs.

02 · Build and review

You receive a working preview to review the copy, imagery and page layouts. We use your feedback to refine the site before publication.

03 · Check the whole journey

We check the mobile layouts, links, forms, booking flow and search settings. Where an existing site is being replaced, redirects are part of the launch checks.

04 · Launch and hand over

Once you approve, we agree the launch window and domain changes, then check the live version and explain how updates and support will work.

Where we work

Web design in Derry.
Built for a wider audience.

Flowstate is based in Derry, Northern Ireland. We design websites for service businesses across Northern Ireland, the UK and Ireland, with the content shaped around the markets each business serves.

A local gym, a restaurant and a consultant have different buying journeys. We use that understanding to decide what belongs on the page, rather than fitting every business into the same layout.

Before we start

A few useful answers.

Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. We review the current site and the changes needed before recommending a rebuild. Sometimes the most useful work is clearer service pages, better enquiry handling or a focused landing page.
Will the website work on phones and iPads?
We design and check the agreed pages at mobile, tablet and desktop sizes. Navigation, images, forms and booking should remain usable at each size.
Is SEO included?
The website build includes the agreed search foundations. Research, ongoing content, Google Business Profile work and continued SEO improvement are scoped separately. See our local SEO approach.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the pages, content, design and integrations needed. We give you a scoped proposal with the build cost and any recurring costs before work starts.
Can you build landing pages for ads?
Yes. We build around a specific offer and next step, such as an application or consultation. The Fit House and Five Star Fitness examples show two different stages of that journey.

Let’s talk about your website.
